EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY

Before making a purchase, please ensure the availability of your chosen design. We do not offer refunds or orders that have been paid for but are unavailable. However, you may exchange your order for an available item. Please note that we do not offer exchanges or refunds once your order is completed or in process. refunds are subject to terms and conditions.

PAYMENT POLICY

1. We do not accept part payments for our ready-to-wear designs.
2. For wholesale orders, full payment is required before production begins.
3. For bespoke orders, a minimum of 80% payment is required before production, with the balance due before delivery.

RETURNS POLICY

If there is a fault with your order due to Jeay Trendz, please provide a video of you taking the measurements for the order. We will cover the cost of amendments and delivery. However, if your order does not fit due to incorrect measurements or information provided by you, you will be responsible for the cost of amendments and delivery.

DELIVERIES AND EXPRESS ORDERS

Standard dispatch takes 5-10 working days after payment. During discount sales, dispatch timelines may vary, especially for discounted orders. If you require earlier delivery, an additional 20% of the total amount will be charged. Please ensure you are reachable on the delivery day. For third-party deliveries, please inform the recipient in advance, as we cannot be held responsible.

STOCKPILING POLICY

Please do not store your fabrics or completed orders with Jeay Trendz for more than 3 months. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage in such cases. An additional 20% of the total amount will be charged for delivery of items stored beyond the specified period.

OPERATING HOURS

Our operating hours are Monday to Saturday, from 9 am to 6 pm. You can schedule a virtual consultation within these hours at no extra cost for guidance on taking accurate measurements.
